What is Ayurgrroove?

Ayurgrroove is software for Ayurvedic practitioners. It guides Prakriti–Vikriti assessment, turns it into Guna-based diet guidance, keeps a structured record (EMR) of every visit, and produces a report you can share with the patient.

Who can use Ayurgrroove?

Qualified Ayurvedic practitioners. Access is invite-only and is enabled after your practitioner credentials are reviewed.

How do I get access?

Submit a request for access. Your practitioner credentials are reviewed, you receive an email confirmation, and access to the platform is then enabled.

What is my information used for during sign-up?

Practitioner information is used only for verification and onboarding. You are notified by email once access is approved.

Does Ayurgrroove replace my clinical judgement?

No. Ayurgrroove supports clinical decision-making by structuring the consultation and the reasoning behind each recommendation. The final judgement always rests with you.

How are diet recommendations made?

Recommendations follow Prakriti, Vikriti and Guna logic, so each one can be explained to the patient. They cover ingredients to include and avoid, a suggested meal plan and a grocery list.

What does the patient receive after a consultation?

A consultation report you can share, with medicine prescriptions, dietary recommendations, ingredients to include and exclude, a suggested meal plan and a grocery list.

What does the EMR record in a session?

Each session follows five steps: complaints (duration, severity, trend, aggravating factors), clinical examination such as pulse, voice and tongue, vitals with Agni and Ama assessment, a review of pre-existing conditions, and the prescription.

Can I record a short history instead of a detailed one?

Yes. You can record a quick summary or a full detailed history, whichever the visit needs.

Can I share prescriptions and diet plans on WhatsApp?

Yes. Prescriptions and diet recommendations can be sent to the patient directly through WhatsApp Business.

Who owns the patient data?

The doctor. The patient records you create in Ayurgrroove are yours.

Does Ayurgrroove include appointment scheduling?

Yes. A built-in scheduling module manages appointments and the flow of consultations.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Ayurgrroove runs in the web browser at app.ayurgrroove.com.
